Parses a long from this string, if it holds one.

Parameters

value string

The string to parse. A null string gives no value.

Returns

Maybe<long>

A Maybe<T> containing the parsed value, and one containing no value if value does not hold one.

Remarks

Wraps TryParse(string, out long), so this reads NumberStyles.Integer in the current culture. Use TryParseInt64(string?, NumberStyles, IFormatProvider) to say otherwise.

Parses a long from this string in the given style and culture, if it holds one.
