The admitted item to start or to promote. It comes from a previous Admit call.

StrategyToken

An optional second cancellation source to link into this run, with the source of the item. It is not necessary to cancel an item that the strategy controls, because Cancel() does that. Use this to attach a run to an external source: a timeout for one operation, an ambient operation token, or a shared token for a batch of work. At each other time, keep the default.
